The double-shaft paddle zero-gravity mixer is also called the double-shaft paddle zero-gravity mixer. The double-shaft paddle zero-gravity mixer makes full use of the principle of convection mixing, that is, the upward motion of the material in the mixer is used to form a fluidized layer, resulting in instantaneous weightlessness, so as to achieve the best mixing effect. In the fluidized layer, the material overcomes the centrifugal force at a certain circumferential speed, and moves from A to B under the action of the paddle with a specific angle. At the same
time, the moving blades in the machine send it to C, and the paddle with the same specific angle sends it to D, and then returns from D to A; and the material moves axially under the action of specific overlapping blades, achieving mixing in an all-round range and forming a random optimal motion state.
