Application Areas：
PLD1600 concrete batching machine has high material precision and accuracy. The batching device adopts belt conveyor or loader feeding method to effectively ensure the accuracy of the mix ratio of cement/sand/gravel or more than three kinds of sand and gravel. The main models are PLD1600 two-bin batching machine, PLD1600 three-bin batching machine, and PLD1600 four-bin batching machine.
(1) Large storage bin design
The storage bin has a large volume, which reduces the number of times the loader loads the material in the later stage. The storage bin is equipped with a screen to prevent large-size aggregates from entering the mixing main unit to ensure safe and reliable operation.
(2) Humanized design
Simple operation is designed in accordance with the GB10171 "Concrete Mixing Station (Building)" standard. It is so easy to operate that you only need to press one button each time; the bin door unloading angle is optimized, and the double-leaf door form ensures smooth unloading.
(3) Strong site adaptability and easy installation
It can be combined with a mixer to form a mixing station of different forms (straight or L-shaped) and different specifications. The cost is only 1/3 of the mixing station of the same specification, and it is very convenient to move and install.
(4) Accurate weighing and high batching precision
Electronic weighing, microcomputer control, digital display, remote control operation, with the advantages of accurate weighing, high batching precision, fast speed, strong control function, etc.
