The premixed dry mortar production line is a new research and development result of our company based on domestic and foreign experience. The main mixer adopts dual power input and is equipped with a synchronous connecting rod to ensure strong power while preventing the occurrence of dislocation and fighting of the blades of the weightless mixer. It is a further improvement over the traditional double-shaft chain transmission control double-shaft mixing principle. The lifting equipment uses a plate chain elevator with larger lifting capacity and better stability. The rotary multi-mouth packaging machine is applied to the dry mortar mixing station, which successfully solves the problem that the traditional packaging machine has a slow packaging speed and is difficult to increase production.
1. Bulk cement and fly ash do not require lifting equipment to enter the tank, and are pumped into the tank by a pump truck.
2. Dry sand and finished products need to be lifted into the material tank by a bucket elevator. The ingenious material distribution system supports a bucket elevator distribution operation, thus avoiding resource waste.
3. The metering system, with the cooperation of the metering screw, imports the raw materials in the silo into the metering bin, and realizes accurate metering of the raw materials through the data feedback of the sensor.
4. The measured materials are transported to the upper mixing bin of the dry powder mixer by a screw conveyor. The mixing bin is a pneumatic large-opening type, which can quickly put the materials to be mixed into the dry
mortar mixer to realize continuous production of dry mortar.
The dry mortar production line is to transport the raw materials (cement, fly ash, thickening powder, quartz powder or yellow sand) to the large storage bin through pneumatic conveying (tank truck) and bucket elevator, and is processed through computer batching, conveying, mixing, finished product packaging, conveying and other processes. It is suitable for the production of various types of ordinary mortar and special mortar. The dry mortar equipment adopts a steel frame structure, which has a compact structure, short plant construction period, high degree of automation, and quick investment returns. After long-term operation and production, the equipment can meet all technical indicators of the product.
