  The tank of the automatic dry mortar equipment adopts a tower layout, and the management system is implanted with new modular management technology, which greatly improves the human-computer dialogue function and the degree of automation. According to different configurations, the output of this equipment can reach 35,000 tons per year.

  The equipment is mainly composed of a raw material storage system, a batching weighing system, a conveying system, a mixing system, a gas phase balance system, a packaging system and a dust removal system. The main control system issues production instructions based on the selected process formula. The system automatically extracts raw materials from the storage bin according to the ratio. After the raw materials are weighed, they enter the mixing bin and the gravity-free mixer in turn to achieve rapid mixing operations. After meeting the mixing accuracy requirements, the finished mortar is transported to the finished product bin with secondary mixing function and enters the automatic filling process. The newly designed automatic packaging machine performs timed and quantitative filling operations as required, which greatly improves the output efficiency. The packaged finished products are sent to the finished product area for stacking and waiting to be shipped.

  6. With the cooperation of the metering screw, the metering system imports the raw materials in the silo into the metering silo, and realizes the raw material metering through the data feedback of the sensor. The measured
materials are introduced into the main bucket elevator through the screw conveyor and lifted to the mixing bin on the upper part of the mixer.

  7. The mixing bin is a pneumatic large-opening type, which can quickly put the materials to be mixed into the zero-gravity mixer to achieve continuous production of dry mortar.

Working principle


  The working principle of the equipment is that the relatively rotating main shaft drives the blades to rotate, and the materials are thrown into the space layer at a certain angle. The particles lose weight instantly in the space flow
layer, and the centrifugal force and gravity offset each other (the density difference of the materials in the weightless state has no effect on the mixing uniformity), and they mix into each other's area, forming a fluidized weightless
zone in the middle layer, and a rotating vortex is formed around the main shaft. A material translation flow layer is formed at the bottom, and the materials move along the axis and axial direction at the bottom. Driven by the dual radial force and axial force, the materials show a three-dimensional composite motion, thus forming a composite cycle, and quickly achieve the purpose of uniform mixing. The finished products mixed in the mixer are quickly placed in the finished product silo for buffering and storage through the pneumatic quick-opening door. The finished product silo and the packaging machine are connected through a soft connection to enter the packaging machine for
measurement and packaging. Users with particularly large output can add a belt conveyor to the rear process of the packaging machine to directly transport the finished products to the finished product area or truck.
